Chris has been with Regal Insurance Brokers since July 2009. Previously Chris worked as a Personal Lines Broker where he developed an understanding of the industry before pursuing a career as a Commercial Lines Broker. Based out of Edmonton the tremendous growth provided great opportunities selling builders risks, commercial auto, and large commercial packages.
Chris is currently pursuing his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation through the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada, and his Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designation through the Global Risk Management Institute Inc.

Doug joined the insurance industry in 1986, First as an agent with a direct writer, then for the last 20 years as a member of the Regal Family. In addition to home auto and commercial insurance, Doug also represents a number of leading company’s for life and disability insurance.

Joan Schwegel joined Regal Insurance Brokers near its beginning, in 1985 and has worked in all areas of its business. She has a RIBO licence and her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation and well as working towards her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Joan’s primary focus is on the accounting and systems functions at Regal Insurance Brokers.

Tamie began her career in the insurance industry as a receptionist in 2007. In the beginning of 2009 Tamie obtained her RIBO licence and shortly after joined the Regal Insurance team as a customer service representative. As of today she is actively involved in personal lines working with several of our brokers.
